Other Internship, Employment and Study Opportunities
The following opportunities are not directly funded by the Castan Centre, and in most cases the organisations in question do not provide funding for internships. Nevertheless, current Monash law students who secure these opportunities may be able to receive funding from the Student Travel Fund.

UNHCR's Policy Development and Evaluation Service (PDES) Internship
UNHCR's PDES wishes to engage an intern to work on issues related to climate change, the environment and forced migration. Applicants should ideally have proven knowledge of these issues, and should meet the criteria set out in the PDES Internship Policy, which can be found at http://www.unhcr.org/research/RESEARCH/3e76f9e85.html. Preference will be given to applicants who are able to commence the internship before the end of July 2008. Please send a CV, covering letter and writing sample to hqpd00@unhcr.org.
