PDLP your pathway to an LLM from MonashThe PDLP is not only a pathway to admission to practice, it can also provide a direct pathway to an Master of Laws (Advanced Legal Practice) from Monash University. Students who achieve the required marks across the relevant PDLP units are eligible to receive credit towards this innovative degree. Monash Law School is the only provider of practical legal training in Victoria to offer this unique opportunity, allowing students who receive the required marks across the relevant PDLP units to gain towards an LLM (Advanced Legal Practice). Eligibility and creditsPDLP graduates must obtain grades of a certain standard to gain credit towards the LLM (Advanced Legal Practice). These are as follows:
Note: This articulation pathway is open to students who commence(d) the PDLP from July 2005 onwards. Students who have completed the PDLP before July 2005 should contact the Postgraduate Studies Officer for advice on credit to be granted.
