Dr Jonathan CloughProfile | Research | Curriculum Vitae
Senior Lecturer Professional ProfileJonathan Clough graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours. He completed his Articles of Clerkship with Mallesons Stephen Jaques and was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and of the High Court of Australia. He received a Cambridge Commonwealth Trust Cambridge Australia (LL M) Scholarship to study for the degree of Master of Laws at the University of Cambridge. He returned to Mallesons before taking up a position with the Law Faculty in 1995. Jonathan is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty and teaches and researches in the areas of criminal law and evidence, with a particular focus on corporate and electronic crime. He is the co-author of The Prosecution of Corporations (OUP, 2002) and in 2004 was award the degree of Ph D. Areas of ExpertiseCriminal law and procedure Teaching Commitments
