Dr Susan Kneebone is a Professor in the Faculty of Law, Monash University where she teaches International Refugee Law and Practice, Citizenship and Migration Law, Administrative Law, Equity and Trusts. She is the author of Tort Liability of Public Authorities (LBC 1998) and editor of The Refugees Convention 50 Years On: Globalisation and International Law (Ashgate 2003).
