Undergraduate Mid-Year Entry 2008

Applications are now being accepted for mid year entry into:

Internal transfers:
To be eligible for an internal transfer into law, students must have:

  • Completed one or more years of a Monash degree (ie a minimum of 48 credit points) and
  • Achieved a distinction average or better (70%+) across all Monash units, and 
  • Met relevant course pre-requisites.

External transfers:
To be eligible for an external transfer into law, students must have:

  • Completed one or more years of a recognised tertiary degree (ie a minimum of 48 credit points) and
  • Achieved a distinction average or better (70%+) across all university units, and 
  • Met relevant course pre-requisites.

Recent Year 12 student applications:
Selection will be made on the basis of the applicant's ENTER and results in recent studies (if any). Relevant course pre-requisites must have been met.

  • Achieved a credit average or better (60%+) across all university units, and 
  • Met relevant course pre-requisites.

The above averages are the minimum entry criteria to be eligible to apply. Entry into law courses is a competitive process and the number of offers made will depend upon the standard of applications received and the number of places available.
