Internal transfers:
To be eligible for an internal transfer into law, students must have:
- Completed one or more years of a Monash degree (ie a minimum of 48 credit points) and
- Achieved a distinction average or better (70%+) across all Monash units, and
- Met relevant course pre-requisites.
External transfers:
To be eligible for an external transfer into law, students must have:
- Completed one or more years of a recognised tertiary degree (ie a minimum of 48 credit points) and
- Achieved a distinction average or better (70%+) across all university units, and
- Met relevant course pre-requisites.
Recent Year 12 student applications:
Selection will be made on the basis of the applicant's ENTER and results in recent studies (if any). Relevant course pre-requisites must have been met.

- Achieved a credit average or better (60%+) across all Monash units, and
- Met relevant course pre-requisites.
External transfers:
To be eligible for an external transfer into full fee law, students must have:
- Completed one or more years of a recognised tertiary degree (ie a minimum of 48 credit points) and
- Achieved a credit average or better (60%+) across all university units, and
- Met relevant course pre-requisites.
