  • identifying and using the appropriate forms for an interlocutory application
  • identifying the appropriate reliefs and drafting the prayers accordingly
  • identifying and setting out in an affidavit the relevant facts to support the application

(b) Compliance with the rules, including ethical requirements, of drafting an affidavit

(c) Compliance with any practice or procedural requirements relevant to such an application

(d) Skill in litigious drafting

(e) Skill in presentation of arguments.
